Article 134 – Cohabitation, Wrongful

What is UCMJ Article 134: Cohabitation? A service member who is living together with another person under the guise of a lawful marriage which is prejudicial to good order and discipline or service discrediting may be considered to be in violation of Article 134 of the UCMJ: Cohabitation.

Paragraph 69 (Article 134) of the Manual of Court Martial concerns wrongful cohabitation.
